Youth Fitness – Best Boxing Workouts
Workouts begin at 5pm and 6pm Monday-Friday. The workouts are an hour long.
Workouts include:
- Jumping Rope
- Mobility/Flexibility Exercises
- Shadow Boxing
- Footwork drills/Ring Movement
- Punch Mitt Work
- Heavy Bag
- Double End Bag
- Abdominal/Core Exercises
- Defensive Drills
- Conditioning drills. battling rope, sled pushes/pulls, body weight circuits, tempo runs, sprints, etc.
