Youth Fitness – Best Boxing Workouts

Workouts begin at 5pm and 6pm Monday-Friday. The workouts are an hour long.

  • Double End Bag
  • Abdominal/Core Exercises
  • Defensive Drills
  • Conditioning drills. battling rope, sled pushes/pulls, body weight circuits, tempo runs, sprints, etc.
